10 Days of Self-Reflection

This was a self-initiated project I did in May 2020 (during the first lockdown in the UK). With plenty of time on my hands, and whilst also finishing my final year of university I decided to do this self-reflective series as a form of mindfulness and meditation for myself and to fill myself with research and knowledge on various key topics that included: gratitude, breath work, empathy, the law of attraction and so on.

The pieces alongside my research were shared on my Instagram for the attention of anyone who may have needed a little reminder of mindfulness themselves.
