To 'embrace all that is you’ serves as a reminder for us to give ourselves unconditional love and to show self-compassion. By first refusing to living in fear and by embracing all of your different strengths and weaknesses it is easy to gain a whole new appreciation for yourself and it will be clear to see that there is so much of you to love!

Research shows that the benefits of self-compassion include: considerable improvements in mood, reduction of stress, elevated feelings of resilience and safety and most importantly it allows your body to fall into a relaxed and calm state which is key for healing, repair and to refresh your energy.

You can show yourself compassion and unconditional self-love by learning to trust your intuition- You know yourself better than anyone else. This is why it's so important to slow down, to feel and to connect with the messages and truths your body and mind are trying to tell you.
